Forrest Personnel Inc. has been in operation since February
1986 providing employment assistance to people with disability
in Regional and Metropolitan fringe areas of Western Australia.
An autonomous organisation Forrest Personnel is one of over
25 Disability Employment Services (DES) organisations in Western
Australia.
Within the Southwest services are provided from the head office
in Bunbury and our outreach offices in Bridgetown, Busselton,
Collie, Manjimup, Margaret River and Narrogin.
The organisation also operates as Employment Esperance in
Esperance, Forrest Personnel in Rockingham, Armadale Mandurah.
The Forrest Personnel Group also provides direct employment
opportunities via our contracting service Jobs R Us in Esperance.
Additionally Forrest Personnel provides professional Counselling,
Psychology and Rehabilitation services through Forrest Personal
Development Solutions.
75 staff provide our services within the regional and metropolitan
fringe areas of Western Australia.
The premise of DES is to assist people with disability to
find work in the mainstream workforce and provide training
to learn the job. In addition these jobs are to pay legal
wages and offer full conditions.
Forrest Personnel has sought to continually develop work practices
to ensure that clients find success with their employment
goals and that they do so in a way that maximises independence.
For over 20 years Forrest Personnel has provided one to one
employment assistance for hundreds of people in the Southwest.
